3A Global Solutions developed a solution to identify a patient from the phone number and extract patients key information from the DB without any manual intervention from the receptionist, then display that information on the phone. We installed the VoIP system and integrate it with this solution to reduce the overall time it takes the receptionists to interact with the patients.
